This is a great reference book for anyone who works in a law office or a law-related job! IT contains a wealth of information and protocols. I needed an updated book so came back to this outstanding publication!

Too basic. I have a paralegal degree and work as a new paralegal. I wanted a general book to refer to and review for cerification tests, but this book is too basic.

I was under the impression I would get document production advice, and really this book is a very general overview of Paralegal tasks. General knowledge that you learn through each of your Paralegal classes. This is not a handbook for you to reference by. DO NOT waste your money on this book. Very Dissappointed that my school book money went to no use.

Not a great source of in-depth knowledge. The book is written from a secretarial perspective. Even as a handbook not very handy. More like instructions on performing clerical work than training and specific instructions on paralegal studies.

This book is very helpful in all areas of paralegal work. I feel every paralegal should read it. It has a lot of detail as far as starting out a project and follow-up.

The content focuses a great deal more on the internal workings and the business aspects of Roissy. It also of interest to witness the transformation of the role O plays: from an object possessed purely for pleasure to a useful tool - used as a means towards accomplishing a goal. All on all, the book is different from the original, but not less than.

great book, just want to re-read it

This is not written with the same quality as the author's The Story of O. It was decidedly disappointing

This is supposed to be a continuation of the Story of O, but it doesn't seem to have a whole lot in common with that book. I haven't finished it yet, but so far not impressed.

If you have never heard of the story of O and read it then this is definitely a must read. The style is pretty close but not perfect. If you enjoyed The Story of O then you will enjoy this.

Dont waste your money. Ripped of the original and NOT written by the original author, just purloined her pen name.

Thank you for the pretty photos, the quick shipping, and the availability of the 2018 calendar in Sept 2017. However, I didn't realize until I received the calendar that the actual calendar pages (the grid of days below the photo for the current month) do not also include the year. The month is there in ALL CAPS, but there is no year. We will just either write in the year, or print out a page of 2018s and glue them onto the calendar pages.Also, the calendar says that it's an 18 month calendar, but the remainder of 2017 is condensed onto 2 pages. Each month is only a quarter of a page. However, each day still has its own box so you can write in any events for any days.I noticed that the photos of the calendar on the Amazon page do include a composite page as the second image. This image shows the photos for the months and also, in the lower right corner, one of the actual calendar pages. As on the actual calendar we received, the calendar page shown does not include the year. This is my bad -- I should have checked the calendar image more carefully before ordering.

Karen Racine's book follows Miranda's life as a citizen of the Atlantic world, put into the framework of Miranda's ultimate goal to inspire and lead wars of independence in Spanish South America. Because Miranda spent the vast majority of his life traveling outside of Latin America, and because he is granted the title "Precursor" of Latin American independence (he failed at personally inspiring any revolutions), the book is probably more pertinent to the study of Enlightenment Europe than Latin American History. I would suggest this book for those interested in studying late eighteenth- early nineteenth-century Enlightenment Europe as the "Age of Revolution."

Nice book. But it is not a book to find what I would consider, "fun projects."It was really not like the books by Donna Kato, etc...and that's okay...just didn't make me want to jump in and make something.

Excellent book. The tutorials are clear with instructions in English and step by step pictures. I started working on the tissue box and so far I've been having fun. The only disappointment is that there's no tutorial for Chinese characters and symbols. A cane is shown, but no instructions. I highly recommend this book!!!
